Have you ever had that thing that you clung onto so tightly that when it was lost you sort of lost yourself as well? It is a very common issue for most of us. Often that is a sign that we have are using that thing to give us our sense of value. We have an EXTERNAL source of value.

The problem with an external source of value is that it is very difficult to control. It can get lost, or compromised and then we are lost ourselves.
