WANT TO WORK WITH ME?

Getting in touch is easy.

No contact forms or Calendly links. Simply give me a call (503-863-4047) or send me an old-school email (Paul @ PaulElmore.com)

The purpose of this conversation isn’t to sell you anything.

It’s simply an opportunity for us to get to know each other, talk about where you are, where you’d like to be, and determine whether I’m the right person to help you get there.

If we both believe it’s a good fit, we’ll talk about what working together could look like.

If not, I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction.

Either way, you’ll leave with greater clarity than when we started.

Got questions? Here’s a few answers

Why are your fees so high?

That’s intentional.

Working with me is an investment, not an expense.

I intentionally work with a very small number of successful business leaders because this kind of relationship requires time, trust, honesty, and depth.

My clients aren’t paying for information or advice. They’re investing in a confidential relationship that challenges them to become the man they’re capable of being.

If cost is your primary concern, I’m probably not the right advisor.

If building a personal life that matches your professional success is your priority, let’s have a conversation.

What do you do as an advisor?

Every successful business leader has advisors.

You trust attorneys with your legal decisions.

CPAs with your taxes.

Wealth managers with your investments.

Board members with your company.

My role is different.

I’m the advisor who helps you think clearly about the decisions no spreadsheet can answer:

your marriage…

your family…

your leadership…

your purpose…

your legacy…

and ultimately, the kind of man you’re becoming.

What does working with you look like?

Every relationship is different because every leader is different.

Most of our conversations happen one-on-one by video or phone, with occasional in-person meetings when appropriate. Between sessions, you’ll have direct access to me when something important comes up.

This isn’t a curriculum or a formula.

It’s an ongoing relationship built on trust, honesty, accountability, and the willingness to ask the questions that most people avoid.

How is this different from executive coaching?

Traditional executive coaching primarily focuses on improving your leadership and business performance.

My work starts with you.

I believe healthier men become better leaders, husbands, fathers, and business owners. We’ll certainly talk about your business, but our focus is on becoming the kind of man who leads well because of who he is—not just because of what he knows.

Do I have to be a Christian to work with you?

No.

My Christian faith shapes how I understand people, relationships, purpose, and success, and I’m completely transparent about that. Some clients work with me because they share my worldview. Others work with me because they value being challenged by someone with deep convictions.

I’m not here to preach to you. I’m here to help you honestly examine your life and become the man you want to be.
